Bringing delighted grins to faces of all ages is one thing Lori loves about her work. Cupcakes are also the ultimate creative outlet, and she enjoys working with each client on customized designs, whether for a bride and groom’s big day, a birthday celebration or a corporate event.
Prior to launching The Cupcake Bar in 2007, Lori spent more than 15 years in the catering and event industry, ran her own catering company, received culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu, and earned degrees in nutrition and food science from Texas A&M University. Lori is currently an active member of Austin Wedding Network and is the Immediate Past President for the International Live Events Society, Austin Chapter.
When she’s not busy with the business, Lori loves to travel, try new restaurants and spend time with her husband and little man.
