This March wedding was held at the San Antonio Country Club, a stunning venue nestled in the heart of downtown. Featuring pinks and blues and custom branded with prints and monograms, the aesthetic was personal, elegant, and romantic. With wall-to-wall fresh florals and their aroma filling the air, this wedding was the epitome of class. Ice sculptures, live painting, multiple food stations, and live bands were just some of the elements of this incredible wedding. Check out these jaw-dropping photos!

About Our Roaming Caviar Service

Like our other interactive roaming experiences, our team mingled with guests and brought the service directly to them—no lines, no waiting. To successfully serve the 500 guests such a refined treat, five of our team members traveled from Austin to San Antonio, each equipped with a custom-made belt featuring a blini dispenser, crème fraîche holder, and chilled container for the caviar. The caviar was served with a traditional mother-of-pearl spoon—never metal—to preserve its delicate flavor and quality.

To complete the experience, our team dressed the part in classic black dresses, fascinators, flower brooches, and a signature red lip.

Guests were served a caviar classic - caviar served on blinis with creme fraiche. Our staff were well-versed in the type of caviar being served, the flavor profiles of each element, and suggested pairing their caviar bites with champagne and vodka drinks. This next-level Roaming Caviar service included:

Petrossian Royal Ossetra Caviar - from the eggs of Ossetra sturgeon, a fish species that lives in the Caspian Sea, this caviar is a rich expression of Ossetra that has inspired generations of caviar lovers with its perfect balance of refined, savory brine and subtle notes of dried fruit and toasted grains.
Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche - a French-style cultured cream made with hormone-free Vermont cream, and has a thick cultured cream with a nutty flavor.
Petrossian Blinis - light little pancakes that served as the vessel for the caviar.

For this service, guests were served a blini, piped on the crème fraîche, and topped with a dollop of caviar. Guests ranged from caviar lovers to first-time tasters, and they were all impressed by our ability to roam while providing this decadent treat! To amp up the fun even more, some guests even requested caviar bumps, and we were happy to oblige!
