Taking Flight with Dell & Microsoft: A Vintage-Inspired Treat Experience
When the planners at Eclipse Event Co. and Dell Technologies invited us to help bring their Copilot+ PC Expo to life, we knew it wasn’t going to be your typical tech event. They had a bold vision: transform the space into a retro airline experience and give attendees something unforgettable. We were so in.
We worked closely with Eclipse, Dell, Microsoft, and an incredible crew of vendors to create an immersive, interactive event that felt more like a first-class getaway than a product showcase.
And the best part?
We packed our bags and brought the experience on the road—traveling from our home base in Austin to Oklahoma City and Nashville to help make the magic happen at three major Dell campuses.

Setting the Scene: A Throwback to the Golden Age of Air Travel
The entire event was themed around vintage air travel, and from the moment attendees walked in, they were transported. Mid-century airline vibes, retro signage, and charming branded details set the tone—right down to a photobooth that turned guests into 1960s-style passengers and actual airline seats for lounging. Each attendee even received a custom airline ticket on arrival—one of our favorite details of the day!
Attendees loved the interactive and on-theme components of this event!
To match the mood, our team dressed the part in vintage-inspired flight attendant uniforms, complete with hats and Pan Am lapel pins. It was one of those little details that helped the whole experience feel cohesive, fun, and fully immersive.
We went all in on the theme, with costuming, branded treat trays, and branded vintage airline carts.
Roaming Treats, Airline-Style
We gave our Roaming Treats service a vintage twist. Our servers circulated the event with branded trays, offering elevated takes on classic airline snacks—roasted peanuts, salted pretzels, airplane-shaped chocolates, and more—each thoughtfully packaged to feel both nostalgic and on-brand.
But it wasn’t just about handing out snacks. Our team engaged with guests, added energy to the room, and helped spark conversations in a way that felt natural and fun.
From the trays to the snacks to the drink carts, we incorporated branding elements wherever possible.
Our Roaming Treat bartenders engaged the crowd as they provided classic airline snacks.
Yes, We Had Vintage Airline Drink Carts
One of our favorite elements? The authentic airline beverage carts we brought in and branded just for the event. These vintage beauties weren’t just for show—we served beverages from them throughout the day, creating more moments of interaction (and plenty of photo ops). The most popular beverage choice? Ginger ale!
Can we offer you a beverage? Attendees were definitely on board with our vintage airline drink carts!
A Seamless Blend of Brand + Atmosphere
From the custom snack packaging to the tray and cart branding, every detail was designed to support the Dell x Copilot+ PC showcase in a way that felt effortless and elevated.
This wasn’t just about treats and service—it was about building an atmosphere where people could connect with the brand and each other. It was equal parts experiential and memorable.
Where We Landed
This multi-city activation reminded us how powerful an immersive theme can be when it’s carried through with care—and how a few playful details can leave a lasting impression.
We’re based in Austin, but we love hitting the road for events like this. Whether it’s across town or across state lines, we’re always up for bringing thoughtful, interactive experiences to life.
Got an idea brewing for an interactive dessert experience that really transports your guests? We’d love to hear it!
